Why use Pooch's Natural Botanical Range for Dogs?

Natural Repellent Properties:

Lemon Myrtle and Eucalyptus Essential Oils have long been recognized for their natural repellent properties. They contain compounds like citronellal, citronellol, and eucalyptol, which are known to repel insects effectively. These oils have been used traditionally by Indigenous Australians for various medicinal purposes, including insect repellence.

Effectiveness Against Pests:

Studies have shown that Lemon Myrtle and Eucalyptus Essential Oils can be highly effective against common pests like fleas, lice, and ticks. Their scent acts as a deterrent, making the environment less hospitable for these pests and reducing the likelihood of infestation.

Safety for Dogs:

Unlike synthetic chemical-based repellents, Australian botanical essential oils are generally considered safe for dogs when used in appropriate dilutions. They do not contain harsh chemicals that may cause irritation or adverse reactions in pets. This makes them a preferable choice for pet owners who prioritize the safety and well-being of their furry companions.

Environmentally Friendly:

Lemon Myrtle and Eucalyptus Essential Oils are derived from natural sources and are biodegradable, making them environmentally friendly alternatives to synthetic pesticides. Using these oils to protect dogs from pests minimizes the environmental impact associated with traditional chemical-based flea and tick control products.

Versatility:

Lemon Myrtle and Eucalyptus Essential Oils can be used in various forms, such as sprays, shampoos, or diffusers, providing pet owners with flexibility in how they choose to administer pest control for their dogs. This versatility allows for integration into existing grooming routines and provides options for addressing specific pest control needs.

Holistic Benefits:

In addition to their pest-repellent properties, Lemon Myrtle and Eucalyptus Essential Oils offer holistic benefits for dogs. They have antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties that can help soothe irritated skin and promote overall skin and coat health. By incorporating these oils into grooming routines, pet owners can support their dog's well-being in multiple ways.

Cultural Heritage:

Embracing Australian botanicals like Lemon Myrtle and Eucalyptus Essential Oils honors the cultural heritage of Indigenous Australians, who have long recognized and utilized the benefits of these plants for medicinal and practical purposes.

By choosing Pooch's natural botanical range, pet owners not only prioritize their dog's health but also celebrate and support Indigenous knowledge and traditions.
